Welcome to the best Neil Young podcast out there. If you want to support Neil Young, this podcast is the place to start! This is easily the best podcast about Harvest. 

 

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT. I know some of you foot freaks skip the music part but there is a segment after the album where we are like a bad train, we go off the rails and it is fun so don't miss it. In this episode, Rob finds out how far is too far with his parody song, Aaron talks about eating shrimp tails and Rob realizes he didn't go far enough with the song. Matt talks about getting snubbed as a roadie, we plan our first live show, and Aaron talks about his family's favorite Christmas carol.

Folks, we once again become a Bob Marley podcast when we talk about Exodus. This is easily the most famous Reggae album ever recorded in London! Of course we break down Reggae vs. SKA SKA SKA SKA but before some Natural Mystic, we get into our lives in case you missed it!

 

We have a sweet opening song about true friendship and then an angry caller with bad taste in candy calls up.Then we talk Flavacol and sneaking food into the theater.Matt talks about Lana Del Rey and Russ and Rob come up with a great business idea. We would have Seriously Terrific Deals (STDs) and we go over the best back up songs of all time. 

Then we follow the natural mystic and start Jammin to Bob Marley while listening to those grooves and the great guitar.

70. NWA: Straight Outta Compton (1987)

This week we go back to the beginning of Gangster Rap and become the best NWA podcast when we go Straight Outta Compton for the podcast. We talk Eazy-E, Ice Cube, and Dre (don't forget Arabian Prince) and how the last song on the album is absolutely wild. 

 

But first we do another classic Aaron or Air out and learn more about our good friend Aaron. Does he disc golf? What was his favorite food on Thanksgiving? These don't look as good written down. They play better on audio. 

Matt is still plugging away on the list, going over to Aaron's for a dinner date sounds rough, Russ talks modern daycare, and Rob has to brag. We talk about banned songs and Russ pulls out an all time drink.

69.Alanis Morissette: Jagged Little Pill (1995) with special guest Suzanne!

You watched Jagged on HBO and now you want to listen to a podcast about it? Are you just looking for a podcast about Alanis or a podcast about  Jagged Little Pill? Maybe a podcast about the song Ironic? 

 

You probably just know us personally and are now stuck listening to this podcast because you know we will ask you about it when we see you. We are excited to bring back Suzanne to talk about Alanis and give us someone else to talk to for once! 

 

This week we talk about an album that had us in our feels in high school and was one of the best albums of the 90's! We even bring on special guest Suzanne to talk Alanis, why society thinks Alanis is angry, and how this album is so well produced. 

Aaron is getting psyched out by John Lennon, it's inflatable season with Matt, Russ' favorite part of a wedding may (not) surprise you, and Suzanne has questions about dining out.

68. Kate Bush: Hounds of Love (1985)

We are running up that hill to make a deal with God but He wasn't there so we are still stuck doing this podcast! Luckily we become the best Kate Bush Podcast as we talk about Hounds of Love on the podcast.

 

We talk 16th birthday jamz this week and our undying devotion to Boyz II Men although the news that the low voice guy is no longer there has shaken me to the core and I think about it once a day now. We compare the macarena with pegging, so it is one of those episodes. 

Aaron gets a fish sandwich, Matt talks about how much he loves? sports betting, Russ gets some culture and the tickets are too good! 

 

Then we get into this synthed out classic and Russ drops some knowledge on us about the Fairlight synthesizer.
